Inviting Users

NOTE: Before inviting users, ensure you have enough slots inside your Dashboard.

There are two different ways you can invite other people to use your Atarim Dashboard.

In this article, we’ll take you through how to get more people in so you can start visually collaborating with your team and your clients!

Inviting Your Team

To invite your team, you need to head over to the Manage Users Screen inside your Dashboard.

Once there, you can click on the “Add Team Member” button in the top right.

Here we can add our team member’s details: first name, last name, email address and their role.

You have the option to invite more than one user at a time by clicking on the plus icon.

Once you’re ready to invite, simply click on invite users, this will shoot an email to the emails you entered.

Resending Invites

When you invite a user to your Dashboard, they will show inside the manage team page at the bottom of the list.

They will stay here as a pending invite until they click the link inside the email that was sent to them.

If you need to resend the invite to a pending user, click on resend.

Inviting Your Clients

You can invite your clients to join your Dashboard as a collaborator.

This will not take up a user slot inside your Dashboard plan, but it will allow your clients to receive notifications and use their account to visually collaborate with you on websites.

This is ONLY possible on websites added via URL, to find our more about how to add them, click here.

When you are inside a website that has been added via URL, click on the share button in the bottom right.

This will show a pop-up where you have two options: enter your clients email address and invite them, or simply share a link with them.

When your clients land on the page, they will not be able to do anything until they either sign up, login or sign up as a guest.

Clients Signing Up

Your clients can create their account by signing up with Google (very standard signup process)

They can create it on their own by entering their name, email address and password.

Or, they can simply enter in their full name, and click on start collaborating (after they agree to the terms and conditions of course ?).

Once they have completed sign up, they are ready to rock!

NOTE: All of these signup options will create a user inside your Dashboard as a collaborator, and it does not count towards your team seats you have on your plan
