Task Completion Time
Task completion time is such an important, if not the most important data point you should be paying attention to within your agency.
In the example above, this is telling us that on average it takes 10 hours and 51 minutes for tasks to be completed. Do you think that’s a good KPI? The answer is no ?
If on average it takes 10 hours to complete a task, then something, somewhere is wrong. Either the tasks are overly complex and we are not charging our clients enough, or the team member responsible for completing these tasks has poor time management…Or they are not qualified to take care of tasks in a timely manner.
