An Introduction To Your Atarim Dashboard

Atarim is the visual collaboration platform designed to make it effortless to collect, triage, and action tasks on your design projects. The foundation of this is – as you might expect – the visual collaboration experience. And on top of this, there’s the Atarim dashboard.

The Atarim dashboard is your central hub for all tasks, feedback, bug reports – you name it – collected in visual collaboration, ready for you to triage and action.

Sidenote: Or, should you choose to use one of our integrations, the dashboard is where you’d get this set up so that you can triage & action tasks in the existing project management platform your team uses.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through your Atarim dashboard.

Dashboard

After logging in to the account, the dashboard is the first screen you land on. This screen gives you an overview of the Key Performance Indicators. These real-time KPIs will assist you in achieving your target.

You can use this data to determine which activities are more critical, how many pending tasks are there, the estimated completion time, and much more.

Projects

This is where you can see and manage all your web projects. You can access the websites that have the Atarim plugin installed on WordPress sites, as well as the websites that you have added manually with a URL.

You can use the Folders feature to group and organize your projects into folders. You can create folders by clicking on the options button at the top right corner of the projects section. You can also collapse and expand your folders to show or hide your projects, which makes them easier to manage.

Inbox

This is where you can see all the messages and comments from your clients and team members. You can reply to them, mark them as resolved, or archive them. You can also filter your inbox by project, status, or sender.

Boards

This is where you can create and organize your tasks and subtasks. You can use Boards to plan your workflow, assign tasks, set priorities, and track your progress. You can also add attachments, notes, checklists, and labels to each task.

Forms

This is a new feature in Atarim that allows you to create and manage your web forms. You can use forms to collect information from your clients, such as content, images, feedback, and approvals. You can also customize your forms with different fields, options, and styles.

Time Entries

This is where you can track and record your time spent on each project and task. You can use time entries to monitor your productivity, bill your clients, and generate reports. You can filter based on website, assignee, date, projects, and whether the time logged is billable or not. You can also export a PDF with all timer entries visible on the page.

Settings

The Settings option lets you customize various aspects of your account, such as global settings, white-label settings, notification settings, and email notifications settings.

You can also access your integration options from this window.

Manage Users

This is where you can add and remove users from your Atarim account. You can invite your clients and team members to join your projects, and assign them different roles and permissions. You can also see their activity and status.

Billing

The billing page is where you can view and manage your Atarim subscription and payment details. This is where you can see the summary of your current plan, such as the name, price, billing cycle, and renewal date.

On this screen, you can also see the list of all the invoices that have been issued to you by Atarim. You can click on any invoice to view its details, such as the date, amount, status, and payment method. You can also download the invoice as a PDF file.

Notifications

This is where you can see all the notifications and alerts from Atarim. You can get notified about new messages, comments, tasks, forms, approvals, and more.

This is where you can see all the latest updates and news from Atarim. You can learn about new features, improvements, bug fixes, and tips. You can also give feedback and suggestions to the Atarim team.
