How to Delete a Workspace

How to Delete a Workspace

Last Updated On 2024-06-13

Workspaces allow you to manage your projects efficiently, but if you no longer need a workspace then you can delete it very easily.

Note: you cannot delete your default workspace which is automatically created by Atarim – you can only delete the additional workspaces that you created manually.

Follow these steps to safely delete a workspace:

Step 1: Navigate to Workspace Settings

First, you need to log in to your Atarim dashboard and then click on the “Settings” tab to open the settings menu.

Step 2: Select the Workspaces Tab

In the settings menu, find and click on the “Workspaces” tab. This will display a list of all workspaces associated with your account.

From the list of workspaces on the left menu, select the workspace you wish to delete.

Step 3: Begin the Deletion Process

With the workspace selected, look for the “Delete this Workspace” option at the bottom of the settings page. Click on the “Delete this Workspace” button to start the deletion process.

Step 4: Confirm Deletion

Once you click on the delete button, a warning message will appear, stating that deleting the workspace will remove all data and projects associated with it.

Before deleting the workspace, you need to acknowledge that this action cannot be undone and that it will delete all comments, websites, images, and remove all collaborator associations.

Enter the name of the workspace in the provided field to confirm the deletion, and then click “Delete Workspace” to remove it permanently.

Once you have deleted your workspace, you will see a success notification on the top right of your screen.
