Manage Users Screen

The manage users page on your Dashboard is a great place to track your team’s activity, invite new team members and assign users to websites/projects.

In this article, we’ll take you through everything you can do inside the manage users screen.

Getting There

You can get to the manage users screen by clicking here on the nav bar inside the Dashboard.

Or, you can get there by clicking on your own profile here.

Team Members Column

In the first column there is a list of all users inside your Dashboard.

You can see their avatar, name and role that is currently assigned to them.

By clicking on a user, you’ll bring up their profile settings (more on this later).

User Profile

Once you have selected a user, you can change their name, email, role, whether they are assigned to websites by default (find out more about this here), the notification settings and deletion.

Activity Feed

NOTE: This is only avaliable on the Atarim Starter, Expert or Agency Plans

In the second column, you’ll see the whole feed of activity for that user. This includes ANYTHING & EVERYTHING they have done inside the Dashboard since they joined.

In the top entry, we can see that Shawn, changed a task’s status to in-progress 12 days ago.

You can even view this task inside the inbox by clicking here.

And here we can see this task, and the status update that Shawn did 12 days ago.

It’s also possible to see the activity feed for the entire Dashboard by clicking here.

Now you’ll get the entire list to the beginning of time, enabling you to keep track of absolutely everything that is happening!

Adding Team Members

You can add team members by clicking on the button in the top right of the screen.

Assigned Websites

On the last column, we can assigning users to websites and projects (find out more about this here).

You can also see the full list of websites they are currently assigned to.
