This KPI shows the number of open urgent tasks across all websites on the Dashboard.
Picture this scenario, you go to sleep with this number at 0. You wake up and see this KPI has risen to 43, this lets you know that one of your clients currently has a massive problem somewhere. This is to let you know that you have fires to put out right away, so you can dive in and investigate to get your clients sorted as quickly as possible.
