This is one of the most important KPI’s to pay attention to, keeping up to date with how much time is being spent on your client’s websites is paramount to making sure you are getting paid the correct amount.

In the example above, we can see that 12 hours have been tracked on “Atarim” ?. We received payment from that client yesterday and it was not 12 hours worth, which means we did not charge our client enough. Can you see how this will help you see if you’re charging your clients enough, and allow you to make changes to ensure you are charging the correct amount.
