Email Signature

Last Updated On 2024-01-26

An email signature is a block of text that appears at the end of your emails. It can include your name, title, company, contact details, social media links, logos, images, or anything else that you want to share with your recipients. Having an email signature helps you create a professional and consistent image, promote your brand, and increase your credibility.

Atarim allows you to add an email signature to emails that are sent from inside the Dashboard.

There are two ways to add a signature, let’s take a look at each of them.

Using Text

You can use text in email signatures to create a simple and professional look. This text can be formatted using different features such as bolditalics, lists, images, alignment, etc.

For example, when creating a signature, you can do the folllowing:

  • Use bold to highlight your name or company name
  • Use italics to emphasize your slogan or motto
  • Use lists to organize your contact information
  • Use images to add your logo or photo
  • Use alignment to arrange your text and images in a neat way

If you create an email signature as shown in the above example, it will look something like the following screenshot:

Using HTML

You can also enter HTML into the signature to create fully branded, customized email signatures with a variety of different elements and styles. This feature gives you complete control over how your emails look and feel. You can personalize them as much as you wish by adding vibrant colors, logos, or photos!

For example, you can use the <table> tag to arrange your text and images in a grid-like structure, and then add it to your email client or service.

Here is how the above email signature will look at the receiver’s end:
