As Atarim ventures into an exciting growth phase, transitioning to a structured sales team, we seek a remote Business Development Representative (BDR) who can thrive in a startup environment and contribute innovatively to our evolving sales playbook.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead Identification: Actively identifying and scoring leads, focusing on those with the highest conversion potential.
  • Product Expertise: Developing a deep understanding of Atarim’s features and benefits, and effectively communicating these to potential clients.
  • Market Engagement: Engaging with key markets such as digital agencies, marketing teams, and tech companies, tailoring strategies to their specific needs.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently managing and optimizing sales pipelines using HubSpot CRM.
  • Outreach Implementation: Implementing advanced outreach tools for streamlined campaigns and enhanced results.
  • Daily Activities: On a typical day, you might strategize new approaches to lead generation, conduct virtual meetings with potential clients, collaborate with team members on sales strategies, and analyze CRM data to refine future outreach efforts.
  • Continuous Optimization: Consistently evaluating existing processes through the lens of key performance indicators (KPIs), and proactively refining and enhancing them to address any deficiencies. This approach ensures the sales department is equipped with optimized strategies for superior performance.


  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and self-motivate.
  • A proactive approach to sales with a knack for process innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving startup setting.
  • Experience in targeting English-speaking markets and global digital businesses.
  • Familiarity with digital maturity and innovation-focused sectors is a plus.
  • Remote work experience, demonstrating effective time management and self-discipline.
