- Evaluate and prioritise customer support cases.
- Communicate and solve customers’ problems via email and live chat.
- Act as a consultant and offer solutions for customers’ problems.
- Work closely with the rest of the development team to solve recurring problems.
- Suggest feature ideas based on customer feedback that will push the product forward and create a better customer experience.
- Take ownership of support cases and ensure first response time and close rates are always up to standard.
- Provide an amazing customer experience, especially with complex problems.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Significant experience as a Support Engineer or similar role.
- Expertise with Laravel and PHP.
- Hands-on experience working with SQL and REST API design.
- High level/fluency in English in both written and verbal is essential for this role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
- Taking complete ownership of tasks.
- Efficiency in handling technical issues expertly, producing new ideas and substitutions where required.
