Most internal teams don’t struggle to adopt new tools.
But the moment you add an external collaborator – namely clients 🥲 – into the mix, introducing a system that’s designed to make your life easier often initially seems to make life more difficult.
- You have to explain why you’re using a new system
- You have to start convincing clients to use it
- Rinse and repeat the above for every person who works internally at a client organization.
- And then you have to help them use it.
So, as you can imagine, the topic of how to introduce clients to Atarim comes up quite a lot (especially among agency owners).
The best part: Atarim was built from the ground up with this in mind. Every design and product decision (over the years of building Atarim) was made with the intention of keeping the experience of collaborating visually as easy as possible.
So simple that it would make it easy for us to build sites for our parents – or grandparents, for that matter.
That said, while our commitment to simplicity on the product side of things does go a long way in making this easier (from what we hear), we’d be lying if we said that it was always that simple.
At the end of the day, you’re still introducing a new system that most clients will not be familiar with yet.
“Every client is different” is a saying we’re all too familiar with. Yes – we, too, have worked with complicated clients back in the days of running the web design agency that ultimately led us to start Atarim.
So, while we make no promises to alleviate that entirely – we can make it as easy as possible for you.
We’ve put together a video for you to reuse as your own:
