We have been with Atarim since the beginning and every day we seem to learn of another advantage we had overlooked and say “WOW!” yet again! You hear about other companies touting “ease of use” and “time-saving”, and when you get to the program it’s any but. That is just the opposite here, as Atarim has training videos and walk-through guides even your pet could understand.

I’ve used this plugin with 3 clients now and they love being able to comment on the website. It makes it so much easier. I just finished a website with 26 pages, and we had 118 comments that we both had to work through. So, much easier than email. Also, support is great. I had an issue and it was resolved by support.

Atarim makes my live as a freelancer easier. No back and forward emails. The client can tell me what changes they want on their website in just a view clicks. And best of all is there customer support. Pete is always there to quickly help me out with any problems I have and fixes them in minutes. If there is an award for customer support then Pete should get it!

I have been using Atarim for over a year and the app has been reliable with regular updates. It is simple to install and although, I have had not had the opportunity to leverage all it’s functionality, it is always loaded on new sites and it a an ideal solution to mange clients issues and requests. The client can easily leave message and request from with their website dashboard and you can manage all your tasks & priorities from single screen. Highly recommended and as my agency grows, I can see it benefit only increasing to provide the best level of service & support to my customers.

Ive used this plugin on-and-off with clients ever since they were called “WPFeedback Pro”. Atarim is a good tool to work with clients to get their input into the final design and other issues. Most clients need a bit of training to get used to the way to mark up, but they have improved with a tutorial once they log in for the first time. This is a great tool for visually working together with a client, this wont fix client responsive issues but at least you will know their thoughts on the design / usability of your website project. Highly recommend. Glad to see they have a free version now.

Time and time again, we’d get confused with emails and texts and who was dealing with which task. When you’re in a team – things can get messy! Atarim allows us to keep tasks, emails, and priority boards in one place. And the MOST fantastic thing is that clients can leave comments too, so that they can see what we’re doing (dealing with) and how hard we’re working!

Atarim is a huge time-saver and easy-to-use tool. They are always making even better and adding more integrations. They also have a huge library of learning resources to help people improve their processes. Awesome team!
