Ive used this plugin on-and-off with clients ever since they were called “WPFeedback Pro”.
Atarim is a good tool to work with clients to get their input into the final design and other issues.
Most clients need a bit of training to get used to the way to mark up, but they have improved with a tutorial once they log in for the first time.
This is a great tool for visually working together with a client, this wont fix client responsive issues but at least you will know their thoughts on the design / usability of your website project.
Highly recommend.

I have been using Atarim for over a year and the app has been reliable with regular updates.
It is simple to install and although, I have had not had the opportunity to leverage all it’s functionality, it is always loaded on new sites and it a an ideal solution to mange clients issues and requests.
The client can easily leave message and request from with their website dashboard and you can manage all your tasks & priorities from single screen.
Highly recommended and as my agency grows, I can see it benefit only increasing to provide the best level of service & support to my customers.
