Gravity Forms MCP for every client site
The Atarim MCP lets Claude, ChatGPT or Codex work inside Gravity Forms on your client sites. It can build and edit forms, read entries and fix where notifications go, and every change becomes a task your team can see.

What it does in Gravity Forms.
Taken from Gravity Forms's own actions in the Atarim MCP.
- Builds new forms, copies an existing one, and edits fields, titles and settings.
- Reads entries and exports them as a spreadsheet file.
- Shows how many entries each form gets, and how many are spam.
- Finds forms that have gone quiet, so a broken form gets spotted.
- Changes who gets each notification, and edits confirmation messages.
- Turns add-on feeds, like payments or a CRM, on or off.
Ask for it in plain words.
The way back.
Every form change becomes a task your team can see. A full backup through JetBackup is taken before anything big, and deleting a form or an entry always waits for a person to approve it.
How the four ways back workElement
The original is kept. One click puts it back.
Page
Version control on every page.
Plugin
The working version is kept before an update.
Site
A full JetBackup backup before anything big.
Honest limit: Gravity Forms does not keep a history of form edits, so the site backup is the way back for a form’s settings.
Set it up in three steps.
Copy your server address.
In Atarim, open Settings, then Connected Apps, then Atarim MCP. Or copy it from the top of this page.
Add it to your assistant.
Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or any assistant that supports MCP.
Sign in to allow it.
Your assistant can only reach what your own Atarim account can reach.
For Gravity Forms: Gravity Forms needs to be installed and active on the client site.
Questions agencies ask.
Can it read form entries?
Yes. It can list a form’s entries, open any single entry and export them as a spreadsheet file. Spam entries are left out unless you ask for them.
Can it delete a form by mistake?
No. Deleting a form or an entry always needs a person’s okay first, and a full backup is taken before anything big.
Do my clients need to do anything?
No. Your clients do not log in, install anything or change how they work. Everything happens under your brand.
Your agency, inside every tool your clients run.
Atarim is the work of a whole agency, plugged into yours, working in the tools your client sites already run on, with a way back on every change.
