Don’t rely on guesswork and endless back-and-forth email communication. Keep everything in one place, get organized, and be more productive.
Allow clients to point at what they’re referring to and then immediately leave feedback, say what needs to be changed, and more.
Collaborate with your team and clients in real time, provide them with the support and help they need, and finish projects in weeks instead of months.
Let your clients point at the exact section of a website and make suggestions. Have them leave comments, ask questions, and get feedback instantly.
Provide more information, and get your point across accurately and easily, with highlights, text, and other visual annotations.
Your clients don’t need to know about everything that’s going on in the background – but your team should!
Work together without the chaos. Get on the same page as your clients & team.
Turn comments and suggestions into tasks, organize them inside a Kanban board, and never miss a single suggestion from a client.
Clients often don’t provide content because they aren’t sure how to. Empower them with the tools and the context they need.
Rebrand your client’s experience, putting your brand front and center – using Atarim as your competitive operational advantage:
Can’t find the answer here? Contact support.
Nope, it’s as simple as inviting your clients (or internal team) to your project. From there, they can start collaborating in a single click. On average, team members at both client companies and internally get the hang of it and start collaborating in under 1 minute.
Atarim’s Visual Collaboration connects to Atarim’s built-in Project Management suite. So, in theory, you don’t need to use other software at all, but since many companies also work on non-visual projects, they often enjoy using our integrations to send data elsewhere.
Atarim was built from our own internal need as an agency back in the day to work with non-technical business people that don’t have time to do more than point and click at what they’re referring to. So, in other words, although some do show initial resistance to it – as long as you do your job to communicate as the digital/web pro that it is in their favor to use it to help you do your best work, clients will quickly come to love how they can just click on a link they receive via email and drop comments directly onto their websites (and other visual projects).
Our rule of thumb for visual collaboration is that it needs to be easy enough for our grandparents to use.
Virtually every creative professional that’s worked with clients knows that most clients never: 1) get together what you need, 2) provide the necessary feedback and 3) give you the final “green light” that a project is complete. This leads to scope creep, endless projects, time wasted as well as both an unhappy client and a professional that’s losing out on the sweet final payment to mark the project’s completion. Sound familiar? Well, with Atarim, we’ve seen countless agencies recover projects exactly like this – ones that have been dragging on for months and get them across the finish line in a matter of weeks (and sometimes even days).
To start collaborating, all you need is a URL (or media asset in a supported file format). From there, Atarim will automatically generate a shareable collab link that you can link people to (which will automatically enable visual collaboration on that site as well as Atarim’s task toolbar). There may be edge-cases, which we are actively tracking down and working to eliminate, so if you run into any issues, please write to our support team at support@atarim.io.
This depends on how you intend to use Atarim as well as whether you intend to use our integrations to push tickets elsewhere. We have users that invite everyone at their agency and others that mainly invite project managers or developers directly. In other words, at a minimum, you and your clients assign tickets to those who handle them in your preferred way. That said, you get the most value out of getting the people on your design and development teams in Atarim to eliminate as many bottlenecks as possible.
Your team deserves more than spending hours decoding messy screenshots and in endless, repetitive email threads. Start delivering your best work faster.
Enjoy the visual collaboration workflow designers, marketers, and developers at industry-leading companies love.
