Treat every client like your only client: Atarim V5 is here

Atarim V5 is the AI web agency, plugged into yours. It plans every client’s site, handles the routine work and brings you new work, scoped and priced.

A client emails to say the contact form on their site hasn’t sent anything in weeks. Fixing it takes five minutes. What stings is that they found it before you did.

Or it goes the other way. Nothing breaks, the site just sits there for months, and when the renewal comes around the client asks, “What am I actually paying you for?”

I’ve taken both of those calls, and it was never really about the form or the plugins. My best client got my best work, and everyone else got what was left of the week. That’s why we built Atarim V5.

You can handle the craft yourself. Looking after every client properly takes a team: someone handling the follow-up you promised, the check-in that builds the relationship and the quote for the next job.

The agencies keeping their clients right now are the ones whose work shows up before anyone asks.

Trust works like a bank account

Think of your relationship with each client like a bank account. When something breaks, or you pitch more work, you’re making a withdrawal, so you need something in the account first.

The deposits are the things they didn’t ask for (but would greatly appreciate):

  • the report before they chase it
  • the problem you flag first
  • the idea you bring them unasked
  • the extra blog post or fix you didn’t have to quote

Deposits take time and earn nothing that day, so they’re the first thing you cut when you’re busy.

A deposit also only counts when the client can see it, because quiet work can look like nothing is happening.

What it takes to get ahead of every client

When you’ve only got a few clients, you know every site inside out, and you often spot the next job before the client does. That’s how my first agency ran.

Then you grow. You care about every client just as much, but every hour you spend doing the work is an hour you can’t spend getting ahead of it.

Over the past two years I built a web agency again. It now makes a million dollars a year with the same size team as my first, and more than a thousand of its clients now run on V5.

The difference wasn’t headcount. It was having a team behind every client, taking care of everything around the craft so the deposits could be made:

  • the follow-up on the cadence we promised
  • the forty “change X to Y” tasks in every revision round
  • testing every client’s forms and checkout each week
  • quoting the next piece of work the client would be glad to pay for

Getting ahead of your clients was never about effort or talent. There are only so many hours in a week.

A lot of you work alone or with one or two people, and plenty of you chose small on purpose. You shouldn’t have to hire a dozen people to look after every client properly.

So we built a team you can plug in.

Atarim V5 is live

Atarim V5 is the AI web agency, plugged into yours.

You point it at the sites you look after, whether they’re built on WordPress, Shopify, Duda or a custom build through GitHub. For each client, it works out their goals, who they’re trying to reach and what success looks like for them.

Then it builds that client a plan for what should happen daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly, sized to the budget you set. A lead-gen site gets a different plan from a local service business.

You approve the plan, change it and decide how much of it waits for you. From there, for every client, it:

  • handles the routine work
  • spots problems like a broken form (before the client can)
  • brings you new work, already scoped and priced at your rate

And your clients see every one of those deposits, from the report before each invoice to the problem flagged before they find it.

One client’s check-up, sorted into fix now, fix this quarter, and worth a conversation.

The work is done by six AI specialists, each covering a job you’d otherwise do yourself or hire for:

  • Pixel on design, for the layout tweaks and visuals that pile up
  • Lexi on copy, for page updates and fresh content
  • Index on SEO and AI search, so your clients get found on Google and in AI answers
  • Navi on UX and accessibility, so visitors don’t get stuck and sites stay compliant
  • Glitch on QA and bug fixes, catching broken forms and checkouts before your clients do
  • Claro, the project manager who directs the rest, so you have one point of contact instead of six

You can message any of them the way you’d message someone on your team.

Claro keeps you in the loop on your own agency too, with a weekly email and a monthly report on how your clients are doing.

Your clients see your agency, never ours, and they don’t have to log in to anything. They keep emailing you like they always have, and it lands as work.

If you’d like them to comment on the live page, you can invite them in, but that’s your call.

If you know us for client feedback from the WP Feedback days, it’s all still here, so you review the AI’s work the same way you review anyone’s.

You set the rules

“I’ll just end up checking everything.”

If you’ve thought about handing client work to AI, that was probably your first worry. It’s been mine as well.

You don’t check everything a good hire does. You tell them what to handle alone and what to bring to you, and then you leave them to it.

Atarim V5 works like a good hire. One agency owner in our community, Gabby Thompson, put it like this:

“I’m good at SEO, so don’t put AI-slop blog posts on my clients’ sites, bring writing to me. I’m not great at design, so do your best there. Oh, and by the way, I’m trying to consider GEO in everything we do, so remember that.”

Keep it tight on the work you care most about and loose on the rest, and move it whenever you like.

A really fast junior who never says “I don’t know” will walk you off a cliff very politely. This one tells you when it isn’t sure.

And you can always undo it

If something goes live and you don’t love it, there are four ways back:

  • every changed button, heading or block can be put back in one click
  • every page is versioned, and WordPress revisions are kept too
  • plugin updates save the working version first, so you can roll back
  • a full site backup runs before anything big, through our partner JetBackup

A restore point first, then the fix, then the before and after.

And nothing ships without your okay.

Plus your data, and your clients’ data, is never used to train AI models. Atarim is SOC 2 and GDPR compliant, checked every year by an outside auditor.

What a revision round looks like now

Revision rounds are where you’ll feel it most. Your part of a revision round becomes deciding what’s worth doing, and the specialists do the rest.

In ours, client requests come in, I read them, I decide which ones we’re doing, and the specialists do those. The last round was fifteen tasks, and all fifteen came back done.

That agency I mentioned earlier runs on it, so our own money and our own clients are on the line here too.

The Atarim website itself is built and run on it with no page builder, and every change goes through the AI. The last time we built it by hand just last year, it took about forty days. With Atarim V5 it took three.

Bring your own AI

If you already work in Claude, Codex or another AI, you don’t need to drop it. Keep working where you’re comfortable, with every client’s site right there in the chat.

The Atarim MCP connects every client site to the AI you already use, and it’s open to every Atarim account, including the free plan. Connect once, then ask it to work on any site on your books, with no copying fixes back by hand.

It works in both directions:

  • Into the site: hundreds of actions on every client site, from WordPress (with all the major page builders) to Duda, Shopify and custom builds through GitHub.
  • Out to the tools the work needs: SEO and AI search research, speed and accessibility reports, vulnerability scans, image generation and photos from Unsplash, so every change comes with the proof behind it.

We’re seeing agencies let Atarim run each client’s plan in the background, then work from their own AI for everything else.

What it costs

You can start for free. The free plan gives you one project and ten seats, with no card and no time limit.

When you’re ready to bring the rest of your clients on, Pro is $67 a month. That gives you 5,000 AI credits a month, enough to fully look after up to five clients, with room for up to 1,000 projects and 100 team seats as you grow.

For each of those clients, that’s the next job found and the routine work off your plate:

  • each client’s next job, already scoped and priced at your rate
  • plugin updates, with a backup taken first
  • the report before every invoice, every month
  • security, uptime, broken link and accessibility checks
  • a heads-up the day something drifts, like an expired certificate or a form that stopped sending

If you need more, you add credits, and the more you add, the less each credit costs.

Already on Atarim? Your account now has 5,000 AI credits, 1,000 projects and 100 seats.

See your own plan

It takes about a minute, and all you need is your URL and an email. Paste your agency’s URL and Atarim V5 learns what you do and who you serve, and takes on your brand. Then add a client, and you’ll see the plan it builds for them, sized to your budget, plus what it can do for them right now and work you could sell them. If it feels right, switch it on.

Or start smaller with one check on one client. Walk their site the way a frustrated visitor would, check their AI search visibility, or browse all 45 checks in the library.
