How to Collaborate with Clients Using Atarim’s URL Collaboration Feature

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Create a new Project
The URL Collaboration feature allows you to create a project based on a specific website URL, making it easy to share a link with clients for direct feedback on the webpage.
Instructions:
- Log into your Atarim dashboard.
- Navigate to the Project page.
- Drop the URL of the website you want to collaborate on in the provided field and click “Add Site”.
- After adding the site, Atarim will generate a unique collaboration link that you can share with clients or team members to start real-time feedback directly on the page.
Note: Ensure the URL entered is correct and accessible for non logged in users. We recommend using our extension if you have password protected site
2. Invite Clients to Collaborate via URL Link
Once your project is set up with URL-based collaboration, you can invite clients directly to the project so they can access the collaboration page and provide feedback.
Instructions:
- From your Projects Page, locate the newly created project with the URL-based collaboration link.
- Click on the ‘Share‘ button inside the project project block.
- Enter your client’s name, email address in the invite field and select appropriate role. Atarim will automatically send an invitation with a direct link to the collaboration page. The role must be selected
- Administrator: Grants full access to manage tasks and settings within the project.
- Contributor: Allows users to view and comment on tasks but limits access to certain administrative actions.
- Client: Can only access project frontend with the ability to leave comments, ideal for external clients who need a simplified interface.
- You can also copy the generated collaboration URL (Guest URL) directly from the share modal and share it manually via email or another communication tool if needed.
- The client receives an invitation email with the collaboration link. Depending on the role selected, they can access, view, and provide feedback on the project based on the permissions you’ve set.
Note: Select the appropriate role for your client while inviting to make sure they have right access.
3. Using Task Sticker for Clear Communication
Atarim’s task markers allow clients to point directly to areas of the webpage they want to discuss, eliminating ambiguity.
Instructions:
- Clients can click on any part of the webpage to add a task.
- They can type their feedback and submit it, allowing all team members to see the comment in real-time.

Tip: Encourage clients to use descriptive comments to ensure clear, actionable feedback.
4. Reviewing and Responding to Client Feedback
To keep the project moving, review client comments promptly. Use Atarim’s task management features to address or resolve comments in real time.
Instructions:
- Open the project and view tasks through the Inbox or Kanban Board.
- Reply to each task directly or mark it as resolved once feedback is implemented.
Timely responses show your clients that their feedback is valued, enhancing collaboration and project momentum.
