Archiving Websites

Easily manage your project list by archiving and unarchiving projects without losing any data.

Atarim allows you to efficiently manage your projects by archiving those that are no longer active. Archiving keeps all historical data intact while decluttering your active projects view. If needed, archived projects can be restored at any time. This guide will walk you through the steps to archive and unarchive a project in Atarim.

Archiving a Project

Why Archive Instead of Deleting?

  2. Find the Project You Want to Archive
    • Scroll or use the search bar to locate your project.

  4. Select “Archive”
    • The project will immediately be moved to the Archived Projects section.
  5. Access Archived Projects
    • Click the top-right menu on the Projects Screen to view all archived projects.

Note: Archived projects do not appear in your active project list but can be restored at any time.

Steps to Unarchive a Project:

  1. Go to the Archived Projects Section
    • Click the top-right menu in the Projects Screen and select “Archived Projects.”

No, archived projects do not count toward your active project slots.

Can I bulk archive multiple projects at once?

Yes! Use the bulk actions feature in the Projects Screen to archive multiple projects simultaneously.

Can I restore an archived project at any time?

Yes, there is no time limit on unarchiving a project.

Tips & Tricks

  • Use Archiving to Keep Your Workspace Clean Regularly archive completed or inactive projects to maintain an organized project list.
  • Communicate Before Archiving If you’re working in a team, inform members before archiving to avoid confusion.
  • Create Naming Conventions for Easier Searchability Consider adding labels (e.g., “Archived-ClientName”) to make archived projects easier to find later.
  • Use Filtering to Access Archived Projects Quickly Use the search function within the Archived Projects section to quickly locate specific projects.
  • Only Delete Projects If Absolutely Necessary If a project might be needed in the future, archive instead of deleting it permanently.
